1) Single Stage Gran-U-Lizer

Single Stage Gran-U-Lizer with optional integrated sifter offers the highest degree of particle size accuracy attainable. Gradual reduction of only oversized particles virtually eliminates the generation of unwanted "fines". Remaining oversized particles are continuously recycled through the Gran-U-Lizer until they fall within the desired target range.
 

2) Multiple Stage Gran-U-Lizer

Multiple Stage Granulize designs (IMD 69.3 Series shown) are ideally suited for single-pass size reduction applications requiring accurate particle sizing. Gran-U-Lizer designs are optimally configured for each application and offer adjustment settings to meet required target size ranges.

3) Laboratory & Pilot Gran-U-Lizer

4) Industrial Gran-U-Lizer

Industrial Gran-U-Lizer with high capacity: Model IMD 1042 and 1052 roller style Gran-U-Lizers provide precisely controlled uniform particle size distribution, with fewer unwanted fines, in even the most demanding industrial applications, and designed for use where exact particle size distributions are desired.

5) Disc-Style Grinder

The Model GPX provides a high degree of versatility in the size reduction of a broad spectrum of materials.  This compact grinder specializes in a variety of grinding applications including:

Ruggedly constructed, GPX features diamond hard grinding discs that are precision cut to optimize their cutting "action" for a better end product with an increased production capability, if compared to hammermill, at a fraction of the price.
 
Designed to grind over 500 lbs. per hour of particles up to ½" in diameter and with reduction capabilities to 150 mesh, the GPX utilizes a convenient dial control to determine each grind. The GPX is currently used in hundreds of types of applications and can produce results that meet most requirements.
