KTV offers a flexible range of high quality Replacement Screens to fit all the OEM sifting equipment.

The diversity of our product line is portrayed by five unique types of edge construction.

1- Bonded Edge	The most economical edge Operating temperature of up to 320 degrees F Made of natural cotton webbing coated with hot melt adhesive.
2- High Temperature Edge	Specially formulated material for very high operating temperatures Used primarily in operating temperatures of 600 degrees F.
3- Polyester Edge	This U-binded edge is specially designed for adhering to both polyester and nylon woven mesh cloth.
4- Plastic Edge	Washable FDA Approved Bacteria Proof vinyl edge
5- Metal Edge	Mild Steel Edge Stainless Steel Edge Galvanized Edge

Screen attachment: Grommets; Round or Oval.

NEW: Groove at the bonded Edge along the two opposite sides to insert 1/8" diameter rod, allowing uniform tensioning upon installation in the separator.
